Nightlatches

These are often referred to as ‘Yale’ type locks. These are commonly fitted to wooden doors and are the most common lock resulting in ‘lock-outs’ as these lock upon door closure.  Currently, most of these are not British Standard, hence they should not be the primary lock for your property.
